Das Zimmer liegt in der 1. Etage mit Blick auf die Straße. Es hat einen direkten Anschluss an das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer. Die Möbel müssten allerdings mitgebracht werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße am Anfang von Woltmershausen. Die Hochschule Bremen liegt 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Die Wege in die City oder in die Neustadt sind kurz und mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle liegt 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Rewe, Lidl, Aldi usw sind mit dem Rad in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
Zur Zeit wohne ich alleine in der Wohnung :) Ich bin männlich, 27 Jahre und mache momentan eine Ausbildung im öffentlichen Dienst. Ich bin insgesamt eher selten zuhause, was bedeutet, dass ich so etwas wie ein klassisches WG-Leben nicht bieten kann. Andererseits habt ihr somit ein Zimmer in Hochschulnähe mit Wohnzimmer und nagelneuem Balkon fast für euch alleine. Und das für insgesamt nicht einmal 300€ im Monat.
Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
