Die Wohnung ist 48m2 groß und hat zwei Zimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Küche, Flur und ein Balkon. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die Monatsmiete ist 350 €.

I am looking for a new tenant for my nicely renovated shared flat. The apartement is in the auf dem Bohnenkamp 94.The HSB is about 8 minutes by bus to reach. The river is about 5 minutes walk and supermarkets are just around the corner. The apartment is 48 m2 and has two rooms one bathroom, one kitchen and one balcony. The flat is completely furnished, you even don't need to take any dishes, etc. with you. Washing-machine, oven, etc. are also there. The rent for each room is 350 €, all bill included.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in eine ruhigere Stadtteil vom Bremen in Woltmershausen. Die Wohnung liegt in der zweite Etage vom eine 4 Parteien Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Netto, HolAb, KIK ist ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Eisladen, Dönerladen, Pizzeria ist um di Ecke.
The flat is in Woltmershausen. The river is just 5 minutes walk away. The balcony has a really nice view to the green garden.
Die Leute können im Dezember einziehen, aber erst ab Februar kann anmelden.
People can move in in December, but can only register from February.
