Master Student looking for WG from May 2023

This is Rubakumar Natarajan and I am writing this letter to express my interest in renting the apartment located in Bremen. I will probably be moving to Bremen on the 1st of April since I got enrolled in Universität Bremen for a Master’s Degree.

About me:
I am 22 years old and I am a Non-Smoker🚭. And I am responsible, quiet, and have respect for other’s privacy, and will always maintain cordial relationship with roommates.

I'm a person who is organised and systematic, thus I always prefer to keep my surroundings neat and tidy. I would take excellent care of the property and make sure that all upkeep and maintenance tasks are completed on time.

Being a student, I spend the most of the weekdays indoors prepping for assignments or studying. I enjoy reading books, taking walks, and hanging out with friends on the weekends in my leisure time.

Since I'll be new to Deutschland, I'll be honest and say that I can barely speak German and only understand it to a limited extent. I was hoping to be competent in a few months. 😇
