An 11 square metre room in a 3 person shared apartment near Uberseestadt. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with a wide staircase. The room comes with a folding bed, table, chair, closet and shelves by the side of it. There is also a shoe rack and a laundry basket that can be taken over for free. The room has a large window and well lit with natural light for most of the day, especially during summer. The view outside is of a small garden with trees and is a pleasant room to stay in. The rent in €360 (warm rent) which includes heating, internet, electricity and water.
The house comes with a basement cellar which can be used for storage and laundry drying if required. The house is equipped with a washing machine that is in good working condition. The kitchen comes equipped with a Hob and an oven along with utensils and cutlery of basic use.
The room is located in a building which is nestled between two public transport lines from where you can find the trams 2,10 and 3. There is also a bus station with a direct bus to Uni Bremen. The house is approx 13 min away by tram from Hauptbahnhof and 10 mins away from the city centre. The Hochschule can be reached in 20 mins max with one change of tram.
There is a Rewe 5 min away where you can find all your household needs. Other shops such as hair dressers, bakeries etc are also within walking distance. There is a park next to the house suitable for walks and running, especially in great weather.
The Uberseestadt riverfront is 10-15 away on foot and is a lovely place for walks or enjoying a coffee at a cafe.
The flat share life is relaxed with 2 other students from Uni Bremen and the Hochschule. We usually meet up in the kitchen while cooking, enjoy a drink together sometimes or even eat together. Our living arrangement is fuss free and convenient and any sort of schedule (if you like one) can be worked out with them.
