Die schöne, helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist etwa 62m² groß mit großer Wohnküche und großem Badezimmer mit Granitfußboden und in den Zimmern und im Flur ist Laminat verlegt. Da die Zimmer im Osten liegen wird man morgens mit Sonne geweckt und am Nachmittag/Abend kann man die Sonne in der Küche genießen. Außerdem haben wir einen eigenen Kellerraum, wo man zB. Fahrräder abstellen kann oder einiges anderes lagern kann. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Bus 25/Klinikum Mitte) läuft man ungefähr 2 Minuten und ist innerhalb 7 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und zur Straßenbahn 4 und 1 ist es auch nicht weit (Hollerallee).
Telefon- und Internetflatrate sind vorhanden. Das Ganze würde mit allem drin warm ca. 300€ kosten
ich selber bin 24 Jahre und im 7.semester zum dipl.wirtschaftsing.
