Ich vermiete mein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer, da ich für ein Erasmussemster im Ausland sein werde. Mein Zimmer ist 21 Quadratmeter groß und voll ausgestattet (Bett, Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kommode, Regal, Nachttisch, Kleiderstange, SmartTV und kleiner Kühlschrank).
Ausserdem habe ich einige Pflanzen, daher wäre es mir sehr lieb, wenn mein/e Nachmieter*in bereit wäre, diese zu pflegen. Wenn nicht ist das allerdings kein Auschlusskriterium :) Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass du auf Sauberkeit achtest und meine Möbel gut behandelst.

I‘m renting out my lovely, spacious room, since I’ll be abroad for an Erasmus-semester. The room is bright and 21 sqm in size. It has everything you need and more (bed, sofa bed, desk+chair, chest of drawers, clothing rack, shelves, night stand, SmartTV and a small fridge). I also have quite a few plants, so I‘d love for you to be able to take care of them, but if not, we will not disqualify you ;). It‘s extremely important to me that you are able to clean and maintain the condition of my room.
Wir sind in einer schönen Wohngegend mit viel Grün um uns herum, aber auch direkt an der Bismarckstraße. Je 2 Minuten Fußweg fährt einmal der Bus 25 (Hauptbahnhof 8 Minuten) und der Bus 22 (Universität 20 Minuten), außerdem sind die Straßenbahnen 10(Viertel und Hauptbahnhof) und 2 (Viertel und Domsheide/Stadtzentrum) nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Im Viertel ist man von der Haustür aus in etwa 12 Minuten. Je 3-5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt findet man einen Rewe und einen Netto, außerdem einen arabischen Supermarkt, mehrere Bäcker und Friseure in der Nähe.

The flat is located in a nice residential area, with lots of green around but also right at a busy street, Bismarckstraße (but you don‘t hear the noise much). Both 2 minutes away by foot you can find the bus 25 going to Hauptbahnhof/city centre in 8-10 minutes as well as the bus 22 going to University in 20 minutes. There‘s also a tram stop 5 minutes away by foot, where you can take the 10 (going to Viertel/main station) and the 2 (going to Viertel and city centre). The popular Viertel is reachable in about 12 minutes from home. In a 3-5 minute walking distance you can find the supermarkets Rewe and Netto, as well as an arabic supermarket, some bakeries and hairdressers.
Wir sind Laura (ich ziehe aus), Koko (21) und Rajesh (32). Wir sind alle Studenten und verstehen uns gut. Es ist extrem wichtig, dass du eine offene, „tolerante“ Person bist : LGBTQIA+ friendly 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🩷
Da wir alle immer viel zu tun haben, ist es uns wichtig, dass die Privatsphäre der anderen respektiert wird, aber natürlich unterhalten wir uns auch mal gerne oder unternehmen etwas zusammen, wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet. Rajesh kann zwar etwas Deutsch, fühlt sich aber mit Englisch durchaus wohler und wir sprechen auch in der WG deshalb Englisch, aber keine Sorge, dein Englisch muss natürlich nicht perfekt sein :), aber es ist gut wenn du einigermaßen gut Englisch kannst, um die Kommunikation zu vereinfachen. Uns ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und wir haben einen Putzplan.
Die angegebene Miete 350€ deckt alle Kosten ab (inkl. Internet und Rundfunkgebühren)

As we are all always busy, it is important to us that the privacy of each other is respected, but of course we like to chat or do something together when the opportunity arises. Rajesh can speak a little German, but feels more comfortable with English and that's why we also speak English in the flat share, but don't worry, your English doesn't have to be perfect of course :), but it's good if you can speak English reasonably well in order to to simplify communication. Cleanliness is very important to us and we have a cleaning rota.
The indicated 350€ include all bills (incl. internet and radio licence fees)
