Hallo, ich habe schon ab August mein neues Zimmer!
Deswegen ist ab Ende Juli bis 31.08 mein Zimmer im Viertel frei. Hast du Lust da zu wohnen?
Es ist im „Souterrain“, hat deswegen nur 2m hohe Decken, ist aber super hell weil die Fenster auf der Südseite sind.
Stauraum ist auch kein Problem, weil dazu ein kleines Kellerzimmer gehört, das sich gut dafür eignet.
Die Küche und das Bad sind auch super schön, man kann gut vorm Haus auf der Treppe in der Sonne sitzen oder im Hinterhof im Schatten.
Platz für Fahrräder ist da + Waschmaschinenkeller
Wir können auch gern organisieren, dass ich ein paar Möbel da lasse, weil ich im August viel unterwegs bin!

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, wer gern im Viertel wohnt!
Direkt bei allen Kneipen, in der Nähe der Domsheide, aber in einer super ruhigen und schönen Seitenstraße!
Hanna und Madita studierwn beide Psychologie, sind super lieb und angenehme Mitbewohnerinnen
Im Obergeschoss wohnt bis Oktober noch eine super nette Familie, die durch unseren Flur geht um ihre Wohnung zu betreten, dein Zimmer wäre aber im Keller!
Vielleicht gibt es an einem Tag eine Wohnungsbesichtigung für die neuen Mieter_innen.
