Hello!
We are renting a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment and we are looking for a female roommate! It is a serviced furnished apartment on the first floor of a 2 storey building.
Each room is equipped with 2 single beds of 200m x .90m. The rooms are furnished with wardrobes, 2 stools, a reading/writing table and a small night table.
One room faces the street while the other faces the garden.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has access to the house WLAN.
*No pets and no smoking allowed
The apartment is very close to the waterfront centre of Bremen. It is in a quite area and you can get to the HSB Bremen by tram in around 30mins.
About Us: We are a group of three business students between 20 and 22 years old from Peru who will be studying at Hochschule Bremen from October 1st to February 29th. We only speak english and spanish btw.
Sandra (22yo) likes baking desserts (her chocolate chip cookies are amazing), likes sometimes to go to the gym. You would probably find her in her free time watching anime on her laptop obviouly with her earphones.
Ximena (20yo) is a very tidy and organized person. She enjoys music and value time with friends. Also, she enjoys meeting new people.
Micaela (me, 21yo) I like to read, and leardifferent krafts and lately I’ve been learning crochet. I like to listen to music a lot (my favorite artist is Taylor Swift but I like other genres as well). I also love to watch period dramas and mister movies/shows.
As a group we are very friendly, sometimes we can be a little noisy when doing things together that we like. We would love to be friends and not only roommates with you so please let us know a little bit about yourself in your application.
If you're seeking a short-term rental, this could be a perfect fit.
We would love to set up a zoom meeting to get to know you better. Since the rental period is soon, we will choose a roomate on September 30th at the latest.
