Die Location ist super, zur Uni kommt man mit dem 22er Bus in 20 Minuten, die Haltestelle ist etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Mit dem 25er Bus kommt man in 10 Minuten zum HBF, in 15 Minuten zur Domsheide, die Haltestelle ist etwa 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Außerdem kommt man in 10-12 Minuten direkt ins Viertel mit der Tram 2/10, die Haltestelle Bei den drei Pfählen ist nur 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Außerdem gibt es einen Rewe (4 Minuten Fußweg), Netto (7 Minuten) und weitere Geschäfte (Bäckereien, Kiosks, Post, Copyshop, Friseure, Apotheken etc.) alle im Umkreis von ein paar Hundert Metern.

The location is great, you can get to the university in 20 minutes with the 22 bus, the stop is about a 3-minute walk away. Da wir alle immer viel zu tun haben, ist es uns wichtig, dass die Privatsphäre der anderen respektiert wird, aber natürlich unterhalten wir uns auch mal gerne oder unternehmen etwas zusammen, wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet. Es kann sein, dass Rajesh auch bald auszieht, weshalb wir eventuell. Uns ist Sauberkeit und Respekt sehr wichtig und wir haben einen Putzplan.

Die angegebene Miete 290€ ist die Kaltmiete, die Nebenkosten inklusive Internet, Strom, Wasser und Rundfunkgebühren sind etwa 60€ im Monat, ansonsten teilen wir einige Lebensmittel (Öl, Gewürze etc.). All diese Kosten regeln wir über Splitwise.

Zu mir: Ich bin Studentin an der Uni Bremen und wohne seit 2 Jahren in der Wohnung. Meine Hobbys sind kochen, ausgehen, reisen, Spieleabende und neue sachen erleben :). Da icb kein Fleisch esse, wäre es mir lieb, wenn du nicht gerade 3 Mal am Tag Fleisch kochst, aber es ist kein Ausschlusskriterium.

WICHTIG: Ich habe eine Katze die bald bei uns einziehen wird, weshlab es wichtig ist, dass du tierlieb bist. Sie wird vermutlich die meiste Zeit in meinem Zimmer sein, aber auch Zugang zu den anderen Teilen der Wohnung haben. Dein Zimmer kannst du natürlich geschlossen halten :)

Since we are all usually pretty busy, it is important to us that each other's privacy is respected, but of course we also like to chat or go out/hangout together when the opportunity arises. It's possible that Rajesh will be moving out soon, which is why we might choose another flatmate together soon :). Cleanliness and respect are very important to us and we have a cleaning schedule.
The stated rent of €290 is the basic rent, the additional costs including internet, electricity, water and broadcasting fees are around €60 per month, otherwise we share some groceries (oil, spices, etc.). We handle all of these costs via Splitwise.

About me: I am a student at the University of Bremen and have been living in the apartment for 2 years. My hobbies are cooking, going out, traveling, game nights and experiencing new things :). Since I don't eat meat, I would like it if you didn't cook meat three times a day, but it's not an exclusion criterion.

IMPORTANT: I have a kitten that will move in with us soon, which is why it is important that you are animal friendly. She will most likely spend most of the time in my room, but will have access to the rest of the flat. Of course you can keep your room closed :)
