The room is located in the basement facing the garden. The room has a large window and separate dressing room. The area is separated with its own anteroom and direct door to the garden. So a whole area for you! The room is completely unfurnished.
The Wg itself has 1 large bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, kitchen with exit to the garden. The garden is only used by us. In the summer we like to barbeque or sit in the garden with friends. It is quiet despite the central location.
Location
In the middle of Walle. The Gustavstr. stop is right outside the door. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Netto is in 1 min. Waller center in 5 min. The kiosk is right next door.
Otherwise, the kiosk is right next door, if you are into games, you can go to the Waller Eck 24/7 or if you prefer to shred half a chicken, there is the Waller Chicken House nearby. Walle really has everything to offer.
Information about your new roommates
Olena is 25. She is from Ukraine. She understands partly German but speaks only in English. She works as a stylist in the field of e-commerce, full-time (8:30-17:00). After work she loves to spend time on her own, doing sport, art and therapy.
Anna is 27, studies politics at the Bremen University of Applied Sciences and goes to work in a pub in Walle on the side.
Friends and partners often visit us. Our daily schedules do not always fit together, but we meet in the kitchen to snack and smoke a cigarette. Nevertheless, everyone has their life for themselves.
About our responsibilities as roommates
We don’t have a cleaning schedule, we are not picky about it. We would like to follow basic cleaning procedures as cleaning dishes after yourself, throw the trash when it’s fool, buying hygiene stuff as soap, toilet paper, trash bags when it’s over etc. But if it doesn’t work for our new roommate we can try to find other solutions.
Also respecting private space of each other, keeping healthy roommate’s relationships and feeling free to talk about issues that make one of us feel uncomfortable (in the context of roomate life: cleaning, smocking, noises etc.)
We are looking ONLY for a FEMALE roommate and fluent GERMAN SPEAKING person! There can be some issues that requires German language. Olena does not know German well we need the second person who knows German, so Anna could solve some issues (which requires German language) not on her own.
