Für unsere 4er-WG im Studentenwohnheim an der Vorstraße suchen wir ab sofort einen neuen netten Mitbewohner zum 01.07 :)
Im 14m² großen Zimmer werden dir vom Studentenwerk ein Bett, ein Bücherregal, ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl gestellt. Die WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, also musst du auch keine Treppen laufen. ;)
Die Miete beträgt 285€ inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet. Dazu kommt eine einmalige Kaution von 350€.
Der Wohnbereich ist groß und besitzt ein gemütliches Sofa. Die Küche ist mit 2 Kühlschränken ausgestattet, in denen reichlich Bier und Pizza passen. An dem Wohnbereich grenzt eine Terrasse, was vor allem in den Sommermonaten sehr schön ist.

We are looking for a nice new flatmate for our 4-bed flat share in the student hall of residence on Vorstraße as of 01.07 :)
In your 14m² room, the Studentenwerk will provide you with a bed, a bookshelf, a desk and a chair. The flat share is on the first floor, so you don't have to walk up any stairs ;)
The rent is €285 including utilities and internet. There is also a one-off deposit of 350€.
The living area is large and has a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges with plenty of space for beer and pizza. There is a terrace adjoining the living area, which is especially nice in the summer months.
Das Studentenwohnheim liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uni. Man kann die Straßenbahnlinie 6 (Haltestelle Berufsbildungswerk) zu Fuß in 7 min erreichen, welche in etwa 12 min auch den Hauptbahnhof erreicht. Auch die Straßenbahnlinie 4 kann man in 10 min (Haltestelle Vorstraße) erreichen. Der Unisee ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 15 min zu erreichen, ein sehr schöner Ort zum Chillen im Sommer.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gegeben. Aldi, Rewe, ein Asiashop, DM und Rossmann befinden sich in der Nähe.

The student residence is located in the immediate vicinity of the university. You can reach the streetcar line 6 (stop Berufsbildungswerk) on foot in 7 minutes, which also reaches the main train station in about 12 minutes. Streetcar line 4 can also be reached in 10 minutes (Vorstraße stop). The Unisee can be reached by bike within 15 minutes, a very nice place to chill out in summer.
Shopping facilities are also available. Aldi, Rewe, an Asiashop, DM and Rossmann are nearby.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner werden Miriam (20, Psychology), Mete (24, Informatik), Erkin (19, Informatik) sein. Uns ist ein harmonisches WG-Leben sehr wichtig, da wir gerne miteinander quatschen und uns gegenseitig supporten. Gerne gehen wir gemeinsam feiern oder sitzen bei schönem Wetter zusammen bei ein paar Bierchen auf unserer Terrasse. Außerdem verbringen wir viele Abend zusammen vorm TV, um Netflix oder Reality-Shows zu gucken und gehen gemeinsam sportlichen Aktivitäten nach (z.B. Volleyball Flunkyball ;-)). Selbstverständlich findet man auch seine Ruhe, wenn man mal Zeit für sich oder fürs Lernen braucht.

Your future flatmates will be Miriam (20, Psychology), Mete (24, Computer Science) and Erkin (19, Computer Science). A harmonious shared flat life is very important to us, as we like to chat and support each other. We like to go out partying together or sit together on our terrace with a few beers when the weather is nice. We also spend many evenings together in front of the TV watching Netflix or reality shows and doing sports activities together (e.g. volleyball, flunkyball ;-)). Of course, we also find peace and quiet when we need time for ourselves or to study.
Voraussetzung, um bei uns wohnen zu können ist, dass du an der Hochschule oder an der Universität eingeschrieben bist.
Also wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, dann schreibe uns doch kurz ein paar Sätze, was dich als Person ausmacht und wie du dir das Zusammenleben in der WG vorstellst :-)
