Hi Everyone!
We are looking for a new roommate for our four-headed WG in Neustadt.
I’m subletting my room for six weeks since I’ll be abroad during that period.
The apartment is very close to the station Theater am Leibnizplatz (3 minutes walking), not as shown in the map.
It’s really important that you should be willing to stay for the entire period. (Please confirm the period in your message)
The monthly warm rent is 280€. Since the rental period is only 7 weeks, the total warm rent of the entire period is 450€.
The room is in a good state, measures about 16m², has 2 big windows and is completely furnished.
Also, smoking is not allowed in the room.
Close to your new place there are a lot of green spots where we like to hang out in the summer. Either you walk down the street to a little park or a few steps further to the Werdersee.
Furthermore there are two Supermarkets (Edeka and Penny) within 2 minutes walking, bars, cafes and plenty other shops are very close as well. In 5 minutes you are at Hochschule Bremen and in 2 at the tram number 6 that brings you to the University.
Your new roommates will be Emily (22) currently doing her Bachelor degree in Digital Media , Hendrik (25) currently finishing his Masters in Architecture and Agnes (22) working as a nurse in the Hospital nearby.
The WG life is pretty relaxed and someone is usually up for a get together with a bottle of beer or a diner.
For us it is important that you speak English or German and have a sense for cleanliness.
