Da ich von Bremen wegziehe, um in Stockholm zu studieren, suche ich jemanden, der mein gemütliches Zimmer übernimmt.
Die WG geht über 2 Etagen + Dachboden. Dein Zimmer ist im zweiten Stock, mit einem Fenster zum Innenhof.
Auf der Etage sind noch 2 andere Zimmer und das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und einem Waschtrockner.
Und natürlich der Zugang zum Dachboden. Den Dachboden haben wir mit Matratzen, Regalen, und einem Beamer (+Leinwand) zu einem sehr gemütlichen Wohnzimmerersatz gemacht
In der unteren Etage sind die drei anderen Zimmer, die Küche und noch eine Gästetoilette.
Was die Möbel im Zimmer betrifft, könnten wir uns darauf einigen, einige Dinge zu lassen, aber ich kann auch alles wegnehmen. Sag mir einfach Bescheid, was dir am besten passt.

As I am moving away from Bremen to study in Stockholm, I am looking for someone to take over my cozy room.
The flat has two floors and an attic. Your room is on the second floor, with a window facing the inner garden.
There are two other rooms on your floor and the bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine (with dryer mode).
And of course the stairs to the attic. We have turned the attic into a very cosy living room with mattresses, shelves and a projector (and canvas).
On the lower floor are the three other rooms, the kitchen and a small toilet.
About the furniture in the room, we could arrange to leave some things, but I can also take everything away. Just let me know what suits you best.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Neustadt gelegen, mit der Haltestelle Neuenlander Straße direkt vor der Haustür.
Außerdem ist ein Penny in Sichtweite, und man braucht ca. 5 Minuten zur Pappelstraße, in der es dann eigentlich alles gibt, was man so braucht.
Mit der Linie 1 sind es 3 Stationen in die Innenstadt, und auch zum Bahnhof braucht man nur 10 Minuten. Aber für ein bisschen Ruhe ist auch der Werdersee oder der Park Links der Weser nicht weit.

The flat is very centrally located in the Neustadt, with the Neuenlander Straße stop right outside the front door.
There is also a Penny (low-cost supermarket) within sight and it takes about 5 minutes to get to Pappelstraße, where you can find everything you need; REWE (fancy supermarket) and Rossmann (drugstore), small delicatessen shops.
Line 1 takes you 3 stops to the city centre, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. But for a bit of peace and quiet, Lake Werdersee or the Links der Weser park are not far away.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Nico, Henrique, Florian, Hilda und Moritz.
Nico hat gerade seinen Bachelor gemacht und arbeitet jetzt, Henrique kommt aus Brasilien und studiert Informatik an der Uni und Florian macht seinen Master als Schiffsbauingenieur. Hilda ist Medizinerin und macht jetzt ihr Praktikum in Bremen und Moritz ist Holzhandwerker und macht jetzt einen Bachelor in Projektmanagement.
Bei uns kann man wirklich nicht von einer Zweck-WG sprechen. Gerade durch die Corona-Zeit haben wir sehr viel zusammen gemacht und unternehmen viele Ausflüge miteinander. Als es noch möglich war haben wir auch zusammen Urlaube miteinander unternommen, aber im Moment trifft man sich meistens spontan in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon zum Essen, auf einen Tee, ein Bier, oder einen Vino Rouge. Aber natürlich hat man jederzeit die Möglichkeit in seinem Zimmer auch seine Ruhe zu haben.
Gerade wenn du neu in Bremen ankommst oder auch insgesamt nur für ein halbes Jahr hier bist, ist die WG super um dich mitzunehmen, und dir die schönen Plätze in Bremen zu zeigen!
Inzwischen sind wir alle durchaus Lockdown erprobt, und falls noch einer kommen sollte, hast du die beste Gesellschaft um ihn ohne Langeweile zu überstehen!

You will share the flat with Nico, Henrique, Florian, Hilda and Moritz.
Nico has just finished his bachelor's degree and is now working, Henrique comes from Brazil and is studying computer science at the university, and Florian is doing his master's degree as a naval architect. Hilda studies medicine and is now doing her practice period in Bremen and Moritz is a wood craft how is now doing a bachelor's degree in project management.
With us, you really can't talk about an impersonal shared flat. Especially during the Corona period, we did a bunch of things together and went on many excursions. When it was still possible, we also went on holidays together, but at the moment we mostly meet spontaneously in the kitchen or on the balcony for a meal, a tea, a beer or a glass of red wine. But of course you always have the possibility to have some peace and quiet in your room.
Especially if you're new to Bremen or only here for half a year, the WG is great for taking you around and showing you the beautiful places in Bremen!
By now we are all quite lockdown tested, and if another one should come, you have the best company to get through it without boredom!
Pro Monat beträgt die Miete 360€, darin enthalten sind alle Nebenkosten außer Internet und GEZ (+ 8,75€ im Monat).

The rent is €360 per month, which includes all utilities. Internet and GEZ-tax comes on top, we pay Henrique 8.75€ a month and he takes care of it. :)
