Da ich spontan aus Bremerhaven wegziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer(18qm).
Die Wohnung ist groß und gut beleuchtet. Sie hat 2 Badezimmer (Eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne), eine Geschirrspülmaschine, einer Putzfrau die einmal im Monat vorbeikommt und wischt, saugt etc.(nicht die Zimmer), einen Keller, einen langen Balkon und eine neue Küche. Geschirr, eine neue Waschmaschine etc. ist bereits alles da.
Die Wohnung liegt in Lehe (mit dem Bus 10 min zur Hochschule) zwischen den beiden Aktiv Supermärkten (Goethestraße 82). In dem Haus wohnen noch ca. 10 andere Studenten.
Insgesamt kostet das Zimmer 245 € (bereits mit Internet, 16000Mbit Leitung und Putzfrau)
