- We are looking for a friendly roommate or a nice roommate for our approx. 12sqm large furnished room in the 2nd floor of an attic apartment in a multi-family house.
- The room is equipped with a double bed with a bedside table, a desk with desk chair, desk lamp, roll container, a bookcase and a dresser. The room has a window with shutters and laminate flooring. All roommates use the fully equipped kitchen (including oven, microwave, washing machine) and the bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
- The Pirelli terrain can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. A bus stop can be reached under 2 minutes.
The apartment is about 40 minutes by car from Darmstadt and 1 hour from Frankfurt.
In addition, a carport is provided for everyone where you can complete your bikes/rollers etc.
- Currently two people live in the apartment: an intern and the landlord.

- Wir suchen eine freundliche Mitbewohnerin oder einen netten Mitbewohner für unser ca. 12qm großes möbliertes Zimmer im 2.OG einer Dachgeschoßwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus.
- Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett mit Nachttisch, ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, Schreibtischlampe, Rollcontainer, ein Bücherregal und eine Kommode. Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster mit Rolladen und Laminatboden. Alle Mitbewohner benutzen die vollausgestatte Küche ((mit u.a. Ofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmachine) und das Bad mit Waschbecken, Dusche und Toilette.
- Von der Wohnung aus kann das Pirelli Gelände in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.Eine Bushaltestelle kann unter 2 Minuten erreicht werden.
Die Wohnung liegt circa 40 Auto-Fahrminuten von Darmstadt und 1 Stunde von Frankfurt entfernt.
Außerdem wird ein Carport für alle zur Verfügung gestellt, wo ihr eure Fahrräder/Roller etc. abschließen könnt.
- Derzeit leben zwei Person in der Wohnung: eine Praktikantin und die Vermieterin.

The apartment is located in Breuberg_Sandbach. Post, supermarket, several bakeries and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.
Pirelli terrain is within a 5-minute walk.
Buses to the train station in the neighboring town can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and direct connections to Darmstadt and Frankfurt are available from the train station.
Die Wohnung liegt im Breuberg_Sandbach. Post, Supermarkt, mehrere Bäckereien und Restaurants sind im 5 Minuten Umkreis zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Pirelli Gelände ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Busse zum Bahnhof im Nachbarort sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und vom dortigen Bahnhof gibt es Direktanbindungen nach Darmstadt und Frankfurt.

Die Gemeinschaftsräumen werden regelmäßig von allen Mitbewohner geputzt.
It will aim to create a contract for temporary use with a duration of at least 6 months for the furnished room. Therefore, the room is to be rented primarily to, for example, trainees/practices or the like, whose food is not in the WG. The contract may be extended at the end of the expiry period.
The furnished room can also be rented indefinitely to employees with regular income.

Es wird bestrebt ein Vertrag zum vorübergehenden Gebrauch mit einer Dauer von mindestens 6 Monate für das möblierte Zimmer zu erstellen. Daher soll das Zimmer vorrangig an z.B. Auszubildende/Praktikant oder ähnliches vermietet werden, deren Lebensmittelpunkt nicht in der WG liegt. Der Vertrag kann am Ende der Ablaufzeit verlängert werden.
Das möblierte Zimmer kann aber auch an Angestellte mit regelmäßigen Einkommen unbefristet vermietet werden.
Eine Online-Besichtigung ist auch möglich.
