Die Doppelhaushälfte steht in ruhiger Lage. Garten und Balkon vorhanden und nutz- bzw. mitbenutzbar.
Angeboten werden insgesamt 2 Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Für eine Person ideal, geht auch vom Platz noch gut für 2 Personen.
Ich wohne selbst auch im Haus, daher ist leider für vierköpfige Familien nicht ausreichend Platz.
Auf der Rückseite des Hauses ist Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche, daher ist es auch nachts wenn der Verkehr auf der Hauptstraße weniger wird angenehm ruhig.
Stellplatz für KFZ ist entweder in der Einfahrt oder auch in der Garage möglich.
Die Doppelhaushälfte steht in ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lidl, Bäcker, Metzger, Drogerie und Apotheke sind in der Nähe, ca. 5 - 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Frische Eier und Milch kann man sich beim Hühnerhof in der Nähe holen, der auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Weiterhin ist auch der Bahnhof in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Da momentan das Rathaus im Gemeindezentrum erneuert wird, ist der Verwaltungssitz auch in 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, genauso wie ein Arzt.
Bisher sind wir in der WG zu zweit. Das Zusammenleben ist recht unkompliziert, man muss ein wenig aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen und miteinander reden.
Sauberkeit ist erwünscht!
Nichtraucher-Haushalt! Nur auf Terrasse oder Balkon möglich!
Haustiere sind von Vermieterseite nicht erwünscht.
