Die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer (knapp 20 qm) liegt in der Waldstr. in Brunnthal/Neukirchstockach (Nähe Gewerbegebiet Brunnthal) und wurde im Jahr 2020 komplett renoviert. Die Straße ist eine 30er Zone und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine 28 qm große überdachte Terasse (Richtung Süden mit Zugang aus dem Zimmer), ein Bad, ein Gäste-WC, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Kellerabteil mit Waschmaschine.

Hallo potentielle*r Mitbewohner*in, ich bin Eliana und bin 26 Jahre alt. Ich wohne seit Juli in dieser tollen Wohnung und ich denke ich bin recht unkompliziert im Zusammenwohnen. Ich arbeite in der Nähe und habe recht normale Arbeitszeiten. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne auf der schönen Terrasse, erkunde wandernd die Umgebung oder versuche mal wieder eine meiner vielen Zimmerpflanzen zu retten. Ich freue mich schon sehr über neuen Zuwachs in der WG. Also vielleicht bis bald 😊
