Outlook to the BME "K" building and its garden. BME entry/back gate is next door. You can see the Corvinus building at the opposite shore of the Duna/Danube. There are cafés, pubs, supermarkets, exhibition-rooms and different types of restaurants available with 1-5 min walking in a cultural quarter of the Buda part of Budapest.
To Corvinus University you have walk to cross the Danube across the bridge Szabadsag. Arriving to the bridge takes 2 min walk from our building.

Budapest centrum is nearby. Outlook to green garden and to the Danube from the window.

There are 4 rooms for 4 students.
Smoking is forbidden in the flat and in the whole buildiing, too.
Flatmates are from the EU countries and/or from the US. You have to clean your room on your own. Cleaning and cleaning materials are not included in the rent, however, there are starter sets for washing powder, dishwasher and for toilet papers.

The building is an old one (more than 100 years old) with open corridors and with an internal yard. Our neighbors hate noisy parties that sounds loudly in the closed internal yard.
Parking is difficult. Parking fee on workdays is 600 Ft/hour between 8am - 20pm. You may rent a Lime roller everywhere or a BUBI bike in front of hotel Gellért, 1 min to there.
