20 sqm fully equipped room in a 2 bedroom renovated apartment for rent. (Some Ikea furniture, double bed, study desk with leather chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, chest of drawers, lockable unit, mirror, you don't really need anything to buy. :)
American style kitchen, minimal design bathroom, modern elevator in the building. :) Great location! The rent is 390 euro plus utilities (as consuming, there are own meters in the apartment.)
There is already wifi there.
The apartment is renovated and fully equipped with dishwasher, huge american style fridge and freezer with ice machine, washing machine, microwave , oven, kettle, toaster, iron, ironingboard, hairdryer etc. Windows are facing the courtyard so there is no traffic noise.
Apartment is perfectly located in the city center, 3min from tram 4-6 (that goes all night) and metro 3 stop. Neighbourhood is quiet and few minutes away from supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Spar, Tesco Express), drugstores (Rossman, DM) and shopping mall (Westend). Banks, fruit market, 24 hour supermarket, 24 hour pharmachy, parks, cafes, bars, restaurants...etc are all nearby.
The flat is situated near Oktogon and Nyugati, where you can find a nice green recreation area - I added some photos of it. It's 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. :)
Margaret Island is only 2 tram stops distance.
Andrássy Avenue is about 7 minutes walking distance, where you find the small underground.
The 2 rooms are totally separated by the american sytle kitchen. This is a no smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
Smoking is on the balcony. :)
Cleaning is included (monthly.)
