Suche Nachmieter*in für wunderschönes Zimmer nähe Oktogon/Nuygati

Hey,
ich bin Miriam und habe 3,5 Jahre in diesem Zimmer gelebt und suche nun, da ich Budapest leider verlassen muss eine*n Nachmieter*in.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell, da die Decken sehr hoch und die Fenster sehr groß sind. Dazu passen die hellen Möbel (wobei ich im laufe der Zeit einen weißes hohes Schränkchen und einen hellgrauen Flusenteppich (anstatt dem Teppich auf dem Bild) ergänzt habe) sehr gut.
Der Schreibtisch ist sehr angenehm groß, sodass man daran sehr gut arbeiten und lernen kann und der Stuhl dazu ist der bequemste Schreibtischstuhl den ich bisher getestet habe. :)
Die Fenster sind neue Thermofenster, die tatsächlich (wie es nicht selbstverständlich in Budapest ist) Wärme und Lärm perfekt auf der jeweils anderen Seite halten.
Der Fußboden ist in allen Zimmern und im Flur ein schöner Parkettboden der der ganzen Wohnung einen eleganten Charme gibt.

Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr groß und verfügt über eine Spülmaschine von Bosch, einen Kühlschrank einen Toaster und eine Mikrowelle.

Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine und außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über Bettwäsche, ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, die in der Abstellkammer abgelagert sind.
Viele verwundert die Situation auf dem Grundriss zwischen Bad und dem hinteren Zimmer: jedoch ist dort eine undurchsichtige Türe im Bad, sodass man problemlos das Bad nutzen kann ohne, die Mitbewohnerin aus dem hintern Zimmer zu behindern.

Im Eingangsbereich gibt es noch große Schränke, die als Stauraum oder Jackenschrank genutzt werden können.

Alles in einem hatte ich in dieser WG eine wunderschöne Zeit und habe mich immer sehr wohl in meinem Zimmer gefühlt.

I am Miriam and I have lived in this room for 3,5 years and now I am looking for a new tenant, because I unfortunately have to leave Budapest.
The room is very big and bright, because the ceilings are very high and the windows are very big. The light-colored furniture (I have added a white high cupboard and a light gray fluff carpet (instead of the carpet in the picture) in the course of time) fits very well.
The desk is very pleasantly large, so you can work and study at it very well and the chair to it is the most comfortable desk chair I have tested so far. :)
The windows are new thermo windows, which actually (as it is not usual in Budapest) keep heat and noise perfectly on the other side.
The floor in all rooms and in the hallway is a beautiful parquet floor that gives the whole apartment an elegant charm.

The kitchen is also very large and has a Bosch dishwasher, a refrigerator a toaster and a microwave.

In the bathroom there is a washing machine and also the apartment has bed linen, an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, which are stored in the storage room.
Many people are surprised by the situation on the floor plan between the bathroom and the back room: however, there is an opaque door in the bathroom, so you can easily use the bathroom without interfering with the roommate from the back room.

In the entrance area, there are still large closets that can be used as storage space or jacket closet.

All in all, I had a wonderful time in this shared apartment and always felt very comfortable in my room.
