Einzelzimmer oder gesamte Wohnung (2 Einzelzimmer, WC, Bad mit Badewanne, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Vorraum) zu vermieten. Helle, möblierte Zimmer (mit Doppelbetten, Kasten, Schreibtisch und Sessel) in ruhiger Lage, sehr nahe zur Semmelweis Uni. Haustiere wären auch erlaubt. Ich habe kurzfristig noch einen Studienplatz daheim bekommen, war aber sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer.
Single room or whole flat (2 single rooms, WC, bathroom, kitchen, living room, balcony) for rent. The rooms are bright, completely furnished (with double beds, desk and chair) in a quiet location, very close to the Semmelweis University. Pets would be also allowed. I've got a place to study in my home country, but I was very pleased with the room.
Sehr gute Lage: Zu Fuß: 5 min zur blauen Metro & Straßenbahn, 10 min zur Semmelweis Universität, 7 min zu einem großen Einkaufs - Zentrum.
Very good Location: Walking distances: 5 min to the blue Metro line & tram, 10 min to Semmelweis University, 7 min to a large shopping - center.
Mitbewohnerin ist eine nette Medizin Studentin (19) aus Irland, es soll keine reine Zweck- WG sein, das Zusammenleben war bei uns sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, also sollte man auch weiterhin auf Sauberkeit achten. Die Mitbewohnerin spricht kein Deutsch, was aber sofern man ein paar Englisch Kenntnisse besitzt überhaupt kein Problem ist ;)
Roommate is a nice medical student from Ireland, 20 years old.
