The toilet (with shelf) and the bathroom (new shower with bench, cabinet) are separated. Kitchen: large enough, dining table, chairs, kitchen cabinet.

Strade più pulite grazie alla modernizzazione. Metropolitana 3 (linea blu), S-Bahn 2, 4 e 6 Nelle vicinanze si trova il Museo delle Arti Applicate. Tutto è vicino. Università: Semmelweis, Corvinus, McDaniel College, University of Technology, aziende ecc. Il miglior distretto. L'appartamento ha posizione Est-Ovest, molto luminoso. Enorme balcone soleggiato!
