The WG is what you do with your roommates.
The apartment is waiting with its own feel-good atmosphere (see photos) to make it your beautiful new home with your personal touch. Where you cook with your roommates in your own kitchen and discuss the day and life with them in a glass of wine. Perhaps you will then go to Viert to explore the city together and learn how nice it is not to have to experience this new life.
We do not rent to a pure purpose WG, but want our residents to get to know each other, from human, dental and veterinary medicine, and to experience their student time together.
We are therefore looking forward to first-semesters from Germany, Austria and the German-speaking Switzerland

Die WG ist das, was Du mit Deinen Mitbewohnern daraus machst.
Die Wohnung wartet mit ihrer ganz eigenen Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre (s. Fotos) darauf, dass Du sie mit Deiner persönlichen Note zu Deinem wunderschönen neuen Zuhause machst. Wo Du mit Deinen Mitbewohnern in der eigenen Küche kochst und mit ihnen bei einem Glas Wein den Tag und das Leben an der Universität besprichst. Vielleicht zieht Ihr dann zu Viert los, die Stadt zu erkunden und erfahrt gemeinsam, wie schön es ist, diesen neuen Lebensabschnitt nicht allein erleben zu müssen.
Wir vermieten nicht an eine reine Zweck WG, sondern wollen, dass sich unsere Bewohner meistens, aus Human-, Zahn- und Tiermedizinern kennenlernen und gemeinsam ihre Studentenzeit erleben.
Wir freuen uns deshalb über Erst-Semester aus Deutschland, Österreich und der deutschsprachigen Schweiz
