Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine große Küche mit Herd, Backofen und zahlreichen Ablagemöglichkeiten, Waschmaschine sowie 3 Bädern (1WC, 1 Bad mit Dusche und 1 Bad mit WC, Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine)
Das freie Zimmer (25m^2) ist das größte Zimmer der Wohnung (99m^2). Es ist voll ausgestattet. Es hat ein großes Bett, eine großen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch mit passendem Stuhl und einen Sessel.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit den Vermietern erlaubt. Außerdem sind die Vermieter sehr freundlich und antworten bei Problemen oder Fragen sehr schnell.
Die Wohnung ist 3 min zu Fuß von der Veterinärmedizinischen Universität sowie 250m vom McDaniel College entfernt. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes Keleti (10 min zu Fuß) und hat zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte in 1 min Entfernung.
In der Wohnung lebt bereits eine deutsche Tiermedizinstudentin (8. Semester). Sie kocht gerne und auch für WG Abende ist sie offen. Dies hier ist keine Party WG, aber gemeinsame Abende sind gerne willkommen. Das Studieren steht an erster Stelle und es wird viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass die Wohnung sauber ist.
Wir suchen eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin, aber es macht und nichts aus, wenn sie nicht deutsch ist.
Die monatliche Miete für das freie Zimmer beträgt 320 Euro, inklusive Wifi, Heizung, Wasser und Strom

The flat is 3 minutes away from the veterinary university by foot aswell as 250m away from the McDaniel College.
It is located on the first floor and very well equipped. It has a refrigerator, a huge kitchen with stove, oven and numerous storage options, washing machine aswell as 3 bathrooms (1 toilet; 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub and the washing machine).
The spare room (25m²) aswell as the biggest room are currently available!!!
The flat (99m²) aswell as the rooms are fully equipped. The room have 1 large bed, a large wardrobe, a desk with matching chair and an armchair.
Pets are allowed after consulting with the landlord. Furthermore the landlord is very friendly and responds to problems or questions really fast.
The flat itself is close to Keleti train station (10 min by foot) and has two grocery stores 1 minute away from it.
Already living in the flat are 2 german vet students (2nd & 8th semester) with one is moving out now. We both enjoy cooking and sometimes hang out together. We are no party shared room, but evenings together are welcomed. Studying comes first for us and we also value it a lot that the flat stays clean.
We are looking for a female roommate but don't mind if she's not german.
The monthly rent for the a room is 320 euros, wifi, heating, water and electricity included.
