Suche WG-Zimmer oder 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für meinen Erasmus-Aufenthalt

Liebe Vermieterinnen und Vermieter, oder potentielle Mitbewohner :) ,

ich bin Leonie Basche, Soziologie-Studentin im 5. Semester an der Universität Mainz. Für mein bevorstehendes Auslandssemester in Budapest suche ich eine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung oder ein WG-Zimmer.

Eine liebevolle und gepflegte Wohnung in der Nähe der Universität wäre für mich ideal. Nebenbei arbeite ich noch 2 Tage die Woche als Werksstudentin im Home-Office. Ich achte auf Sauberkeit und bin kommunikativ und offen und gehe gerne auf Leute zu :)

Der Zeitraum meines Aufenthalts erstreckt sich vom 01.09.2023 bis zum 31.12.2023. (bin aber auch flexibel was das angeht)

Falls Sie eine passendes Zimmer/ Wohnung haben oder jemanden kennen, der eine vermietet, würde ich mich freuen, von Ihnen zu hören. Über weitere Informationen zur Ausstattung und genauen Lage der Wohnung wäre ich sehr dankbar.

I am Leonie Basche , a sociology student in my 5. semester at the University of Mainz. For my upcoming semester abroad in Budapest, I am looking for a cozy 1-bedroom apartment or a shared-flat/ room.

A lovely and well-maintained apartment near the university would be ideal for me. Other than focusing on my studies I work as a working student two days a week from home. I pay attention to cleanliness and will treat your apartment with great care. Also I am a very communicative and open person and I love to meet new people in general :)

The period of my stay is from 01.09.2023 to 31.12.2023. (flexible)

If you have a suitable apartment or room or know someone who rents one, I would be happy to hear from you. I would be grateful for further information on the furnishings and exact location of the apartment.
