Dear landlords!
My name is Candas, I'm a MSc student in TU Budapest (BME) and I am currently looking for a room to rent for long-term (1 year).
A furnished and equipped flat is what I need, I'm fine with living max. 3-4 people. I don't smoke and I don't own any pets. I'm keen on being clean and keeping my environment clean. I would take care of the flat and my room well and try to turn it into a nice, cozy space. I'm a chill, outgoing person but also sometimes in need of privacy. I can live with any genders and ages, as long as we respect each other.
Since I'm already in Budapest, I would love to visit the flats to see them in person :)
The period of my stay would be from beginning of this September, 2023.09.01 to 2024.09.01.
