Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus - Ich suche jemanden neuen.
Es gibt eigtl. 2 Zimmer zu vermieten. Eines ist 20 qm mit Wintergarten als Balkon/Sommerzimmer (nochmal ca. 6 qm) und das andere 12 qm groß.
Ihr könnt auch nur eines der beiden Zimmer mieten. Würde dann auch billiger werden.
Die Möbel nimmt sie natürlich mit und ihr könnt euer eigenes Zimmer gestalten.
In der Küche wird es nach dem Umzug wieder ein wenig was zu tun geben. Die können wir dann zusammen einrichten.

Lage ist recht gut.

Eigentlich ist alles gleich um die Ecke.
Überraschend ist eigtl., dass die Wohnung in der Stadt ist, es aber Hinten raus viel Grün gibt und es dadurch wiederum total ruhig ist.
