Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer, eines ist 14 m² groß, das andere 16 m², und beide kosten gleich viel: die Hälfte der Vollmiete und Kaution (nicht verhandelbar). Sie können wählen, welches Zimmer Sie bevorzugen. Der Raum auf dem Bild ist 14 m² groß, sehr hell, mit Vorhängen an beiden Fenstern und einem Spiegel an der Wand. In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im untersten Stockwerk und verfügt sowohl im Keller als auch im Dachgeschoss über Lagerräume. Ich habe kein WLAN (ich nutze das Internet in der Uni), aber wir können einen Service anfordern, wenn Sie möchten. Ansonsten beträgt die EINS-Stromrechnung nur 28,00 €.

The apartment has two rooms, one is 14 m² in size, the other 16 m², and both cost the same: half the full rent/deposit (non-negotiable). You can choose whichever room you prefer. The room of the picture is the 14 m² one, very bright with curtains on both windows and a mirror on the wall. There is fridge and microwave in the kitchen. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
The apartment is on the lowest floor and has storage units in both the basement and attic. I don't have WiFi (I use Internet in the Uni), but we can request service if you want. Other than that, the EINS electric bill is only 28,00 €.
Die Innenstadt erreichen Sie in 15 Gehminuten und die Universität (Reichenhainer Str.) in nur 5 Minuten. Die nächste Bahn- und Bushaltestelle (Stadlerplatz) ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt und zum Südbahnhof, von dem die Bahn nach Dresden oder Zwickau abfährt, sind es maximal 5 Minuten. Drei Supermärkte in der Umgebung sind fußläufig erreichbar: Edeka, Penny und Netto. Auch eine Sparkasse, ein Postamt und eine kleine Bäckerei sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem sollte es Ihnen an nichts fehlen.

The city center can be reached in a 15-minute walk and the university (Reichenhainer Str.) In just 5 minutes. The next train and bus stop (Stadlerplatz) is only a three-minute walk away and the Südbahnhof, from which the train to Dresden or Zwickau leaves, is a maximum of 5 minutes. There are three supermarkets in the area within walking distance: Edeka, Penny, and Netto. Also, a savings bank, post office and a small bakery are within easy walking distance. All in all, you shouldn't miss anything.
Das Gebäude ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sind vielfältig und freundlich. Ich verbringe wenig Zeit in der Wohnung. Ein Grillabend ist im gemeinsamen Hinterhof möglich. Kabelinternetservice kann angefordert werden.

The building is very quiet and neighbors are diverse and friendly. I spend little time in the flat. A cookout is possible in the shared backyard. Cable internet service can be requested.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Keller- und Dachbodenraum, in dem Sie einige Dinge für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts unterbringen können. Sie können anrufen oder eine Nachricht (SMS, WhatsApp usw.) senden an +49 (see contact info). Es ist sogar möglich, die gesamte Miete der Wohnung zu übernehmen, aber wir müssen dies rechtzeitig im Voraus vereinbaren, damit ich geordnet ausziehen kann.

It is even possible to take the entire rent of the flat, but we have to agree on this well in advance so I can move out orderly.
