Hello,
I am Bahadirhan from Istanbul, Turkey. I am going to study master degree at TU Chemnitz and going to arrive Chemnitz in two weeks ( around 10th of October or earlier) I couldn't find any accomodation yet. I am usually compatible with everything. I like cooking, sports, hanging out both night and evening. Actually I don't have much criteria for flat, I only want somewhere to stay and nice people to communicate. Because I can speak only a little german, I would be glad to stay with native german speakersso that I could learn language in a short term. Besides, it would be nice if flat is close to markets and at most 45 minutes far from university.
About the leasing, I could have contract till 1 year or maybe more depends on the conditions. I prefer the flats with furniture but it could be ok if there is not. Besides, I could pay around 230 euros per months all included.
