I am a male student at TU Chemnitz and looking for a private room anywhere near the university buildings. Private bath will be preferred. Need it from 01.12.17. Furnished room required. My budget is anywhere below €200. I speak English and very little German. Please get back to me if any room available.
Mixed gender apartments would do. Smoking or non smoking room either would do. Without balcony rooms would be fine. Also please mention the minimum stay period for the room.
