Die Kueche und Badzimmer (mit extra Klo) sind am Erstegeschoss.
2 Klos sind auf jeden Fall genug fuer die Bewohner.
Es gibt ein paar alte Moebel im Zimmer,die kostenlos uebernommen werden koennen.
Wenn es notwendig ist ,kann der Vermieter ein neus Bett ihnen einkaufen.
Sie Whonung liegt in Aula str.2,wo Zentrum in Clausthal ist .
Nur 5min zu Fuss zu ZOB gehen,
10 min zu Lidl oder Netto zu Fuss gehen,
15 min zu Fuss zu Mariaspring(Deutschkurs) gehen.
Wenn Sie ein(e) Student(in) sind,nur 2 min zu IMW und Institut od Metall.
Die Bewohner hier sind meistens Studenten als Master an TU-Clausthal.
Die Bewohner kommen aus verschiedene Laender,sind sehr freundlich und offen.
Wir machen suber zu Zweite jede Woche,damit die Keche und Badzimmer schoen sauber bleiben.
