Hallo,
wir, Egon und Marcus, und suchen noch einen dritte Mitbewohner / eine dritte Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er WG.
Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß, hell und kostet warm etwa 250 Euro (mit Internet / Strom etc.). Es liegt "Am Silbersegen 7". Es ist ein Balkon zur Mitbenutzung dabei, das Bad ist recht groß, das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Das Haus ist ein Neubau, komplett wärmeisoliert. Ihr solltet im Winter also nicht frieren.

Besichtigung ist nach Absprache möglich.
Die Wohnung ist recht zentral gelegen, ca. 10 Gehminuten vom TU-Hauptgebäude entfernt. Sie ist in einer Nebenstraße und daher sehr ruhig. Zum Schwimmbad sind es ca. 500m, zu Lidl auch ca. 10 Gehminuten. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Rasen zur Mitbenutzung, auf dem wir ab und an grillen, sowie ein Parkplatz.
Wir sind Studenten bzw. Promotionsstudenten und kochen gern zusammen, oder gehen gemeinsam weg. Wir hoffen auf ein nettes WG-Leben miteinander.
