Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte Oktober frei. (Ein früherer Termin ist nach Absprache eventuell auch möglich)
Die WG verfügt über eine große Küche, Wohnzimmer, 2 Toiletten und eine separate Dusche.
Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer besteht aus 2 je ca. 8qm großen Räumen. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Fenster.
Fußläufig ist alles Wichtige zu erreichen:
5 min zu Penny
3 min zum Uni-Hauptgebäude
2 min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle
5 min zu zwei größeren Parkplätzen
Bei den Mitbewohnern handelt es sich um Studenten im Alter zwischen 25-29.
Drei Master und ein Bachelor. Es herrscht ein gutes WG-Klima.
Die Miete beträgt 255€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Internet.
Die Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Schrank und 2 Sessel) können bei Interesse übernommen werden.
