13.59 m² Zimmer mit zwei Fenstern, Teppichboden und fast genau quadratisch. Die Decke ist circa 2.5 m hoch. Falls gewünscht und mit Absprache mit Möbeln (Unter anderem Bett, Tisch, Kommode, Nachttisch, Regal und Kleiderschrank)
Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche mit großem Tischen und extra Sofa. Außerdem zwei Toiletten und ein seperates Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine mit Trockner.
Zentral in Clausthal am Friedhof, fast alle Universitätsgebäude innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. TU Hauptgebäude liegt 300 Meter entfernt und Bibliothek/Mensa liegt weniger als 400 m weit weg. Penny Markt zum Einkaufen 6 Minuten / 530 Meter entfernt und genauso weit weg sind auch die Kneipen. (Keller Klub, Anno Tobak oder Querschlag)
Je nach Wunsch der einzelnen Person. Ruhige Atmosphäre. Manchmal wird zusammen gekocht/getrunken, irgendetwas gespielt, ein Film/Serie geguckt oder unterhält sich einfach.
Oder man lässt es einfach und bleibt für sich alleine. Man ist offen miteinander, wenn man will.
