Ich biete ein Zimmer in einem 3er WG. Das Zimmer steht ab sofort unbefristet zur Verfügung.
Das Haus liegt 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unibibliothek, 5 Minuten von Penny und 5 Minuten von dem Stadtzentrum und TU Hauptgebäude entfernt.
Das Badezimmer und die Küche werden mit den Mitbewohnern geteilt. Die Küche ist groß und beinhaltet alle Utensilien zum Kochen: Herd, Ofen, Toaster, Mikrowelle und alle möglichen Töpfe, Gläser, Tassen und Teller. Selbstverständlich kann alles davon genutzt werden. Das Möbel im Zimmer (Bett, Kleiderschrank) kann übernommen werden. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem befindet sich vor der Wohnung ein großer Garten, welcher mit den Nachbarn geteilt wird.
Das Zimmer steht für flexible Zeiträume zur Verfügung.
Zurzeit zahlen wir ≈250 € pro Person (warm).
Anmeldung ist möglich.

I am offering a room in a 3-person shared flat. The room is available right now for an unlimited period. The house is 2 minutes walk from the university library, 5 minutes from Penny and 5 minutes from the city center and TU main building.
The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with the roommates. The kitchen is large and includes all utensils for cooking: stove, oven, toaster, microwave and all sorts of pots, glasses, cups and plates. Of course, all of them can be used. The furniture in the room (bed, wardrobe) can be taken over. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is also a large garden in front of the apartment, which is shared with the neighbors.
The room is available for flexible periods of time.
At the moment we pay ≈250 € per person (warm).
