Das Zimmer ist ca 12qm groß und voll möbliert, aber bei Interesse kann ein eingenes Bett mitgebracht werden. Bilder können bei Nachfrage zugesendet werden.
Es gibt ein möbliertes Wohnzimmer, dass ca 18qm groß und eine Terasse, die auch 18qm groß ist und perfekt für den Frühlingsbeginn ist.
Das Haus befindet sich gleich zum Beginn des Adamiberges. Der Bus-/Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die FH und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind grade mal 7 Minuten enfernt. Wie man sieht, ist alles sehr nah.
Meine Mitbewohnerin, Tanja (25), schreibt grade ihre Bachlorarbeit in Sozialer Arbeit. Mit ihr kann man immer gut ein Wein trinken und das gilt natürlich auch für die NachbarWgs. Im Frühling wird auch das ein oder andere Mal der Grill zum Glühen gebracht :)
Da ich ab März nach Südafrika für mein Praxissemester verschwiende,müss ich mein Zimmer für die Zwischenmiete abgeben. Ich hoffe euch gefällt es hier :)
Falls du nur bis Juli bleiben will, können wir das auch regeln.
