Das Zimmer liegt im 1. Stock und ist komplett mit neuen, weißen Möbeln ausgestattet: ein Bett, ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und Lampe.
Zur WG gehören eine große, moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Sitzecke, zwei moderne Bäder mit Dusche, Toiletten, Flur und Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Außerdem ein gepflegter Garten mit fest gemauertem Grill und einer überdachten Grillecke.
Im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist die wöchentliche Reinigung dieser Gemeinschaftsräume. Sehr schnelles Internet vorhanden.

The free room is on the ground floor of the house and is fully equipped with new, white furniture: a bed, a large wardrobe, a desk with a desk chair and a lamp.
The shared apartment consists of a spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a corner bench, a modern bathroom with a shower, toilettes, a hall and a washing room with washing machine and clothes dryer. Apart from that there is a well-tended garden with a built-in barbecue and a covered barbecue area.
Included in the room price ist the weekly cleaning of the common rooms. Very fast internet.

Die WG liegt in Scheuerfeld und ist von der Hochschule / Friedrich-Streib-Straße nur knappe 5 Minuten Busfahrt entfernt. Bis zum Campus Design und zur Stadt sind es nur 15 Minuten. Zum Bus braucht man ca. zwischen 2 und 4 Minuten.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Apotheke und ein Elektrofachhandel; eine ruhige Kneipe liegt in direkter Nachbarschaft. Außerdem liegen eine Volksbank und eine Sparkasse kaum 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Bis zum Edeka und Netto in Weidach sind es knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Scheuerfeld ist ein netter und ruhiger Stadtteil, wo man gut entspannen und lernen kann.

Directly opposite is a pharmacy an an electronics store; a quiet pub is in the immediate vicinity. In addition a Volksband and a Sparkasse are less than 5 minutes from the apartment. To the next Edeka and Netto Supermarket in Weidach it is 10 minutes by bus.
Scheuerfeld is a nice and quiet part of the city, where you can relax and study.
