Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Coburg-Scheuerfeld. Das Zimmer hat 20 m² und liegt im 1. Obergeschoss.
Es gibt ein Bad mit WC sowie ein seperates WC. Außerdem hat das Zimmer ein eigenes Waschbecken mit Spiegel. Es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem Rauchen erlaubt ist, sowie einen PKW-Stellplatz.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300€. Hierbei sind alle Nebenkosten eingerechnet.
Das Haus steht in einer Nebenstraße im Stadtteil Scheuerfeld. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Von dort fährt die Linie 7 morgens bis abends im 30 Minuten-Takt. Des weiteren fährt die Linie 8301 bis ca. 23:30 nach Scheuerfeld zurück. Die Hochschule ist in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Arztpraxis sowie eine Apotheke sind fast nebenan. Friseur, Sparkasse und Raiffeisenbank sind auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Momentan wohnen Fünf Studenten sowie ein Azubi im Haus. Vier der Studenten werden demnächst ausziehen.
Einmal wöchentlich kommt eine Reinigungsfachkraft zum Putzen von Küche, Flur und Bad. Dies ist bereits in der Warmmiete eingerechnet.
