Dein Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und durch vier große Fenster sehr hell. Es hat hohe Decken und verfügt über einen gemütlichen Kaminofen. Ein paar der Möbel können übernommen werden. Die WG besteht aus 4 Zimmern, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer, einem seperaten WC und einer Werkstatt. Der große Flur inklusive Beamer und Leinwand ist für gemeinsame Kino-Abende perfekt.
Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine weitere WG. Mit dieser teilen wir uns den großen Garten mit Gemüsebeet, Feuerstelle und Gewächshaus.
Das Haus ist zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß bist du in zwei Minuten im Hofgarten und in fünf am Marktplatz. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit erreichst du zu Fuß in 7min. Die Hochschule erreichst du mit dem Rad in 11min (Campus Friedrich-Streib) bzw. 7min (Campus Design). Eine Bushaltestelle findest du direkt vor unserer Haustür.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Laura (Azubi zur Krankenpflegerin) und Lukas (Sozialarbeiter). Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, es wird ab und zu gegrillt oder ein Film zusammen geschaut.
Es wird außerdem ein weiteres Zimmer in der Wohnung frei.
