Die zwei Zimmer sind insgesamt ca. 20 qm groß und sehr geräumig. Das zweite Zimmer habe ich beispielsweise als begehbaren KLeiderschrank genutzt. Es sind drei Fenster vorhanden und deshalb ist es tagsüber schön hell. Außerdem gehören zu der Wohnung noch ein sehr großes Bad mit zwei Fenstern, Badewanne und Dusche (ein Waschmaschinenstellplatz ist vorhanden), sowie eine gemütliche Küche. Auf dem großen Dachboden ist zudem genügend Platz um Kartons oder ungebrauchte Sachen ab zu stellen. Ein Fahrradstellplatz ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, eine Bushaltestelle ist in zwei Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Hochschule, Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind in jeweils 10 min. Fußweg zu erreichen.
