The apartment:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in an old building with beautiful facade. It consists of:

• a bathroom (shower, bathtub)

Das Zimmer ist nach Norden in Richtung Hofseite ausgerichtet. Auf der ganzen Fläche ist Teppich verlegt. Dadurch ist es im Winter angenehm warm und im Sommer angenehm kühl.
Das Besondere an dem Zimmer sind der begehbare Kleiderschrank und ein Fach zum Verstauen von persönlichen Sachen.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert übernommen werden.
Als Einzugstermin ist der 15. Juni geplant, der bei Bedarf auch angepasst werden kann.

Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss in einem Altbau mit schöner Fassade. Sie besteht aus:
• einer großen Küche mit einer Sitzecke (u.a. Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, zwei Kühlschränken und Tiefkühler, Ofen, Koch- und Backutensilien) mit einer kleinen Loggia (Abstellraum für Getränke, Gemüse etc.)
• einem Badezimmer (Dusche, Badewanne)
• einer Toilette
• einem langen Flur
• Kellerraum mit Platz für Fahrräder
• drei Zimmern der möglichen Mitbewohner
• einen Pkw-Stellplatz für die WG
The apartment is centrally located in the street, just 5min from the Spree. You can also reach many parks and other green spaces on foot or by bike.
The university can also be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The city centre is also about 10 minutes away and the tram is 2 minutes away from the main railway station or at various shopping facilities.
In Cottbus, most of the trails are short and walking, by bike or tram.
The WG is also available a parking lot behind the house. So far, none of us have a car and the parking lot is used by visitors at most.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Zimmerstraße, nur 5min entfernt von der Spree. Man ist also direkt im Grünen und kann auch viele Parks und weitere Grünräume zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
In circa 10min zu Fuß ist auch die Uni zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt sind es ebenfalls circa 10min und mit der 2min entfernten Tram ist man schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder bei verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
In Cottbus sind die meisten Wege kurz und zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder der Tram zu bewerkstelligen.
Der WG steht auch ein Parkplatz hinter dem Haus zur Verfügung. Bisher hat keiner von uns ein Auto und der Parkplatz wird höchstens ab und zu von Besuchern genutzt.
Your roommates are Zoi (27, doctor), Lora (24, World Heritage Studies Master) and Celine (24, City Planning Bachelor).
Zoi lives well over a year in this WG and since March this year I live with Celine and Lora.
Your future roommates are very nice people who are open and open. The kitchen is the common room where you meet and chat with each other. Of course, it is not a problem to withdraw into your own four walls.
With your future WG, you can also set up joint activities. For example, it is like being cooked together, playing board games or watching a movie. In general, cleanliness and pleasant living conditions are also observed. There is also a joint cleaning plan.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Zoi (27, Ärztin), Lora (24, World Heritage Studies Master) und Celine (24, Stadtplanung Bachelor).
Zoi wohnt schon gut über ein Jahr in dieser WG und seit März dieses Jahres wohne ich mit Celine und Lora zusammen.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind sehr nette Menschen, die offen und aufgeschlossen sind. Die Küche ist der Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem man sich immer mal wieder trifft und miteinander plaudert. Natürlich ist es auch kein Problem sich mal in die eigenen Vierwände zurückzuziehen.
Mit deiner zukünftigen WG kannst du dich auch auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten einstellen. Es wird zum Beispiel gerne mal zusammen gekocht, Brettspiele gespielt oder ein Film geschaut. Allgemein wird auch auf Sauberkeit und ein angenehmes Wohnklima geachtet. Außerdem gibt es einen gemeinsamen Putzplan.
