Hallo Leute,
da ich nächsten Monat ausziehen werde, suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere unkomplizierte 3er Studenten WG.
Das Zimmer (unmöbliert) ist das größte der WG mit ca. 30 qm und dank der großen Fenster sehr hell. Die Miete beträgt 300 € + 30 € für Strom, Internet- und Telefonflatrate. Die Wohnung besteht neben den 3 Zimmern aus einer kleinen Küche, einem Esszimmer und einem Bad.
Direkt vor unserer Haustür befindet sich die Haltestelle Prinz-Emil Garten (Straßenbahnlinien 1,7 und 8). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch zur TU Stadtmitte und Lichtwiese sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 min.
