I, Amar, am moving out from the W.G. Lars, who is pursuing Masters of science (material science) at TU Darmstadt and Ulysse, who is pursuing PhD (material science) at TU Darmstadt will be your new roommates. They are very friendly and lovely people.
The kitchen is fully furnished. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 toilet-cum-bathroom
The available bedroom size is 20 sqr mtr
The house is located quiet and very good locality of Bessungen on Wittmannstrasse.
3-minute walk to Freibergerplatz tram stop
10-minute walk to the city center
7-minute walk to Rewe.
Orangerie is a 5-minute walk away. There is lots of green there.
Easy access to both campuses of TU Darmstadt (Near Stadtitte and Lichtwiese)
Everyone's privacy is respected. You can all sit in the kitchen and enjoy a drink or sit in your room without anyone disturbing you. The choice is entirely yours.
It is important for us to know you. Please write a short text about yourself and send it to me. It is important that you mention if you are interested in buying the stuff and for the price I am offering (See sonstiges for details). Also let us know your tentative move-in date.
