kurz vorweg: Bei uns ist jeder Willkommen egal woher du kommst oder welches Geschlecht du hast.
Ich verreise für 2 Monate nach Südamerika und möchte mein schönes Zimmer für diese Zeit zu eine sehr fairen Preis vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und hat einen direkten Anschluss an den Balkon, mit blick auf den ruhigen und privaten Garten.
In dem Zimmer ist ein Doppelbett, eine Couch sowie ein TV, eine Teufel Musikanlage, ein großer Schrank, ein Schreibtisch sowie ein Schreibtischstuhl und ein großer Monitor zum arbeiten etc. Prinzipiell ist das Zimmer voll eingerichtet und kann direkt zum studieren, wohnen, lernen oder arbeiten genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist prinzipiell immer Warm, die Heizrohre verlaufen anscheinend sehr vorteilhaft, bei uns muss also nicht gefroren werden.

first of all: everybody is welcome, no matter where you come from or what gender you are :)
I am going to South America for 2 months and would like to rent out my nice room for this time.
The room is about 15 square meters and has a direct connection to the balcony, overlooking the quiet and private garden.
In the room is a double bed, a couch as well as a TV, a Teufel music system, a large wardrobe, a desk as well as a desk chair and a large monitor to work etc.. In principle, the room is fully furnished and can be used directly for studying, living, learning or working.
The apartment is in principle always warm, the heating pipes run apparently very advantageous, so with us must not be frozen.
Who would like more info, write me gladly :)

Wir wohnen schon seit mehreren Jahren zusammen und verbringen viel Zeit miteinander. Mein Mitbewohner ist Darmstädter und kennt sich bestens in der Stadt aus. Es wird gerne zusammen gekocht, gefeiert aber auch gelernt oder die Wohnung geputzt. Wenn jemand seine Ruhe möchte, erhält er diese.
Mein Mitbewohner ist Student an der TU-Darmstadt und ein sehr offener und lustiger Mensch.
