Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und ist in zwei Stockwerke geteilt. Im unteren Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein offener Bereich für Küche / Wohnzimmer. Das obere Stockwerk ist durch einen Vorhang in einen kleinen Lager- und Waschständerbereich sowie das zu vermietende Zimmer geteilt. Der Vorhang und taktisch platzierte Regale (es stehen schon welche da, die kostenfrei übernommen werden können) verbessern die Akustik erheblich.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine sowie Badewanne / Dusche im Bad und eine Spülmaschine in der Küche. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Kellerraum zum Lagern.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a complex with eight apartments and is bisected into two floors itself. On the bottom floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open area containing a kitchen and living area. The upper floor is divided into a storage / laundry area as well as the room which is to be rented by a thick curtain. To improve acoustics, two shelves (which can be kept there at no extra charge) stand against the curtain.
There is a washing machine as well as a bathtub / shower in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. There is also a small basement room for storage.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Heidelberger Straße, in der Nähe des Prinz-Emil-Gartens. Die Haltestelle "Bessunger Straße" ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und von Straßenbahnen exzellent bedient (an Wochentagen fahren Bahnen alle 5-10 Minuten in die Innenstadt).
In der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg) befinden sich ein Rewe, Aldi und Penny.
The apartment lies in a side street of Heidelberger Straße, close to the Prinz-Emil-Garten. The tram stop "Bessunger Straße" is a few minutes away by foot. Trains going into the city leave every five to ten minutes.
Multiple supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Aldi) are within walking distance (ten minutes).
