The house has 5 bedrooms, a beautiful large living room with aesthetic views, a dining room, a study room, a relatively new kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest toilet. There is also a winter garden (including a fireplace), a spacious cellar, and a large garden. There is a garage in front of the house where you can safely park your bike.
The house is best for students who like to party or host get-togethers. Neighbors are quite friendly and the area around is mostly calm and silent which is an added benefit to studying.
