Hallo,
Ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin oder einen Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer im Zeitraum von Mitte August/Anfang September 2023 bis August 2024, da ich für 2 Semester in Finnland sein werde.
Die WG befindet sich im neuen Wohnheim Lux an der Nieder-Ramstädter-Straße.
Das Zimmer ist 13 m² groß und mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal ausgestattet. Das bodenhohe Fenster ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und lässt viel Licht ins Zimmer rein.
Das Zimmer befindet sich am Rande Bessungens, direkt an der Straßenbahnstation Jahnstraße mit den Linien 2 und 9. Das Hochschulstadion erreicht man in 5 minuten zu Fuß, auf der Lichtwiese ist man auch in kurzer Zeit später.
Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in gut 10 Minuten auf am Lui und auf dem Campus in der Stadtmitte.
Da meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin auch zu Anfang September auszieht, wirst du auch eine neuen Mitbewohner*in bekommen.
Im Keller befindet sich auch ein kleines Kellerabteil für die Wohnung und es gibt einen Fahradkeller. Desweitern gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
Wenn du möchtest würde ich mein Küchenequipment in der WG lassen, sodass du dies für das Jahr nutzen kannst.
Da dass Zimmer im Wohnheim ist, musst du an der TU oder an der HDA eingeschrieben sein.

I am looking for a temporary tenant for the period from mid-August/early September 2023 to August 2024 as I will be studying abroad in Finland for two semesters.
The shared flat is in the new student dormitory Lux.
The room is 13 square meters in size and comes furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and shelf. The floor-to-ceiling window faces west and lets in plenty of light into the room.
It is located on the in Darmstadt Bessungen, right next to the Jahnstraße tram station served by lines 2 and 9. The university stadium is a 5-minute walk away, and the Lichtwiese area is also easily reachable in a short time.
By tram, you can reach Lui and the city center campus in about 10 minutes. Since my current roommate is also moving out at the beginning of September, you will also have a new roommate.
There is a small storage unit in the basement of the apartment, as well as a bicycle storage area. Additionally, there are washing machines and dryers available.
If you would like, I can leave my kitchen equipment in the shared apartment so that you can use it for the year.
If the specified period does not fit you exactly, we can also discuss move-out alternatives.
You need to be a student at the TU or HDA.
