Da ich im Sommer aufgrund eines Praktikums nicht in Darmstadt bin, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer. Es liegt im Dachgeschoss mit einem schrägen Dachfenster in Richtung Osten und einem schönen Ausblick auf Bessungen und die Ludwigshöhe. Da ich selbst noch nicht lange hier wohne, ist es noch nicht komplett eingerichtet, enthält aber einen Schreibtisch, eine 1x2m Matratze auf einem Lattenrost, einen Kleiderschrank und eine Couch.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 3 hält nur wenige Meter vom Haus enfernt, aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 20 min im Zentrum Darmstadts. Direkt um die Ecke liegen die Orangerie und der Prinz-Emil-Garten.
