Hi, ich bin Tom und meine (noch) Mitbewohner sind Anna und Philipp.
Wir wohnen seit September 2022 in dieser Wohnung, da ich spontan umgezogen bin, ist ab jetzt mein Zimmer frei geworden.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist etwa 13m^2 groß.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, besitzt eine recht moderne Einbauküche (mit Spülmaschine!) und ein gemütliches Badezimmer.
Annas Zimmer hat einen Balkon, den du bestimmt auch mal benutzen darfst, wenn du nett fragst.
-Eine Minute zu den Haltestellen Beckstraße und Heidenreichstraße.
-Zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten zum Campus Lichtwiese und ebenfalls 15 Minuten zum Campus Stadtmitte
Philipp und Anna studieren beide Physik, sind sportlich aktiv und generell sehr umgängliche Menschen. Anna wird ab September selber für ein halbes Jahr ausziehen, da sie ein Auslandssemester antritt.
Ich bin bereits ausgezogen, also falls du vor dem 01.08 einziehen möchtest, wäre das kein Problem
