I want to subrent my room for 6 month, because I'm going to a semester abroad. The room is very light and cozy, with 2 big windows. Even though it's a very central location, the room is quiet, because the windows are facing the inner yard. What is very important for me, is that a tenant will care about my plants. I would also like the atmosphere in the shared apartment to stay peaceful and friendly.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator) and was renovated in 2012. My room is 16 square meters and has a square shape. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
The room will be furnished, just like on the pictures.

Ich möchte mein Zimmer für 6 Monate untervermieten, da ich ein Auslandssemester absolvieren werde.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und gemütlich, mit zwei großen Fenstern. Trotz seiner zentralen Lage ist es recht ruhig, da die Fenster zum Innenhof gerichtet sind. Das Zimmer (16qm) im 3. Stock des anfang 2012 renovierten Lofts.
Das Wichtigste für mich ist, dass die Wohnung in meiner Abwesenheit ein freundliches Umfeld bietet und dass der Mieter die Pflanzen in meinem Zimmer gießt. Außerdem möchte ich, dass die Atmosphäre in der Wohngemeinschaft friedlich und freundlich bleibt.
Die Wohnung ist 120qm groß und verfügt über vier Zimmer, Küche, Bad und eine Abstellkammer.
Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Ein Aufzug und ein Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer wird möbliert sein, genau wie auf den Bildern.

Very central location, Luisenplatz, several supermarkets, and the city center can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.
This also ensures a good connection to the main train station.
The nearest supermarket can be reached within a minute's walk.
Sehr zentrale Lage, Luisenplatz, mehrere Supermärkte und die Innenstadt sind in 2 min Fußweg zu erreichen.
Dadurch ist auch eine gute Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof gewährleistet.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist innerhalb einer Minute Fußläufig zu erreichen.
The flat share currently consists of Ruben, 30 years old, and works as an architect. Julian is 31 years old and works for Riese & Müller and Katrin, but she's also going for a semester abroad, so will subrent her room. We like to cook together and life in the shared flat is relaxed and informal, and a chat in the kitchen is always possible.
Die WG besteht derzeit aus Ruben, 30 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Architekt. Julian ist 31 Jahre alt und arbeitet bei Riese & Müller und Katrin, die aber auch ein Auslandssemester macht und deshalb ihr Zimmer untervermieten wird. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und das Leben in der WG ist entspannt und ungezwungen, und ein Plausch in der Küche ist immer möglich.
